We believe that an affiliate program can be a mutually beneficial collaboration for both P+S and you, our trusted affiliate. As such, we aim to provide above-average commission rates, equitable terms, and a quick and simple payout system.

Commission: P+S offers a 25% commission rate for referrals to purchases of our digital resources, excluding printable art prints and binder dividers. This includes all of our spreadsheets, e-courses, e-books, and printable workbooks. There is no commission for referrals to our physically printed items (journals, binders, notebooks, etc.).

Referral Cookies: Cookies will expire after 30 days. Any commissionable purchases made by referrals during that 30-day period will be credited to the affiliate.

Payout: Commissions will be paid by the 15th of each month for all commissions earned in the 30 days prior to that date. There is no minimum requirement for commission to be paid. Commissions will be paid via Paypal to the payment email provided by the affiliate on their registration application.

Brand Representation & Collateral: P+S trusts you to represent our brand in good faith to the best of your ability. We expect that you will not communicate information about our products or brand that is misleading or false. You may not alter any of our creative collateral except to resize as necessary. You may not design your own creative collateral to promote your affiliate links without getting approval and consent from Paper + Spark before posting.

Affiliate Access: As a member our program, you will have access to our Affiliate Area via AffiliateWP. Here you have access to our creative collateral materials, affiliate links with your specific affiliate codes, your referral stats, and your sales and payout info.In order for us to accurately keep track of all guest visits from your site to ours, you must use the HTML affiliate-specific code that we provide you with.

Modification: We reserve the right to modify the terms of our affiliate program at any time. If such changes are made, you will be notified via email.

Affiliate Review & Termination: P+S reserves the right to periodically review and re-evaluate our affiliates to ensure that our relationship is still mutually beneficial and fits with our brand. We may cancel your application if we determine your brand has become unsuitable for our program in any way. Either you or we may end this agreement AT ANY TIME, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice. Written notice can be in the form of mail, email or fax.

By submitting the affiliate application, you’re agreeing that you have read and understand the terms of our affiliate agreement and that you agree to be legally responsible for all terms.
