The beauty of this cycle is that you can jump in at any point of the quarter and it’ll still be applicable and helpful to you. It also meets you wherever you are in the stages of business — new & getting off the ground, in the messy middle, or established.
There’s always product creation, refinement, system development, customer experience improvements, content creation, and marketing tasks we need to do in our business. Trust in the repeatable system, knowing you’ll have dedicated time and space to work on each of these things for your biz, just not all at the same time. Baby steps means steady forward progress!

Develop new product ideas or collections. Envision the big picture of your business and your customer path.

Heart to heart, y’all — when I surveyed the P+S audience earlier this year about launching this membership, the main takeaways about a digital product membership where concerns about cost, time management, and burnout.
That’s a major reason why I have crafted the Spark Lab to be as affordable as possible (especially to celebrate you Founding Members who are willing to take the first plunge with me!) at $100 a year, which comes out to less than $9 a month.
It’s also why the Spark Lab will be hosted mainly via Telegram, an app that I find way more approachable and easy to engage with than most social media apps.
Finally, it’s why I’ve made the decision to NOT put any sort of “step by step” course mentality into this membership! More “stuff to do” only leads to more guilt, time management stress, and energy burnout.
Instead, the Spark Lab is a space to come do the work you already have on your to do list, to hit “publish” on the goodies you already have stored inside your awesome brain, to ask questions when you get stuck, and to encourage you to keep moving forward.
