A reminder of what my 1:1 bookkeeping services may look like 👇
✅ You drop your CSVs, bank statements, credit card/PayPal statements, etc. in a private Google folder or Dropbox for the past quarter. I don’t want access to your personal login info or accounts! I will provide instructions for how to find whatever reports or statements we need.
✅ You share your P+S Seller Spreadsheet (and possibly inventory sheet) with me on Google Sheets. This will make access super easy for us both!
✅ Within a 2-3 week time frame of receiving everything, I update your spreadsheets for the past 3 months. Everything will be done on a quarterly basis to make the most efficient use of my time. Turnaround time may vary based on how many categorization questions I have for you.
✅ Quarterly price will vary based on the volume of your manually entered transactions (things not imported from Sales CSVs). I will have you guestimate your transaction volume before checking out. Pricing will likely range from $350-$650 per quarter for founding clients.
✅ Light CFO services or a brief review of your numbers will likely be included when you get your completed books back. This will be done either via a Loom video or voice messages. You’ll walk away with completed books AND insights into what those numbers mean for you & your biz.
