My Office Hours Policy –

I know when you’re finally sitting down and in *bookkeeping* mode you want your question answered ASAP! If you have a question, please check the FAQ page first to see if it’s addressed there. If it’s not, please fill out the form below or email me with as much info as possible, including the following as applicable:

  • What type of spreadsheet software you are using
  • Which spreadsheet file you are working with (Etsy Seller Spreadsheet, inventory spreadsheet, etc.)
  • Whether you are located out of the US
  • Screenshots if you’re experiencing a problem
  • A saved & attached spreadsheet file if you’d like something fixed or customized on a spreadsheet you’ve been working on.

I work from home with a baby and toddler in tow {I’m a one-woman show!}. As such, I strive to set aside time specifically on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between 9am and 3pm to answer all email enquiries, Etsy convos, Facebook tags, and questions. I also troubleshoot files and customize spreadsheets during this time. You can help me help you more quickly by providing the above requested information.
